Medical Receptionist Position Available in Ipswich The Role Offers: • A position in a unique family operated GP clinic, which has been part of the community for over 40 years • 4 shifts per week • A supportive, professional and value-based team of nurses, doctors and administration staff • A central location, in Ipswich’s medical precinct (parking available) • April commencement About us: East Clinic is a high volume, general practice which has 11 GP’s, located in the heart of Ipswich City’s medical precinct. Our practice is a non-corporate, family operated clinic which has been established for more than 40 years. We have patients in all stages of life and many are multigenerational. We are currently seeking to employ a receptionist to join our vibrant team in April. About you and the Role: The position will include 4 shifts per week, which may increase during holiday periods and to cover staff on sick/annual leave. To be successful, the individual must always exhibit the highest level of professionalism, patient care, interpersonal and communication skills. They also must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with our GP’s and supportive nursing and reception team. Selection criteria also includes: • Individuals must exhibit proficient computer skills; the practice uses Medical Director and Pracsoft programs, however experience in these applications isn’t necessary, as we provide onsite training • A positive, can-do attitude. • An ability to work successfully under pressure. • An ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
