Your Role:
Purposeful Assessments: Conduct assessments that reveal each child’s potential.
Tailored Therapy: Create custom plans that match each child’s goals.
Evidence-Based Interventions: Deliver proven methods that drive progress.
Collaborate Closely: Work with families and caregivers for a holistic approach.
Monitor and Evolve: Track progress, fine-tune as needed for the best results.
Empower Families: Guide families to be active participants in their child’s development.
Stay Organised: Keep detailed and accurate records.
Lead with Excellence: Ensure best practices in all you do.
Who You Are:
- You’ve earned your Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology and are ready to make an impact!
- Registered with Speech Pathology Australia and are excited to apply your skills.
- Strong communicator who connects easily with children, families, and colleagues.
- Independent but love being part of a supportive, dynamic team.
- Flexible and mobile - happy to travel within a 50km radius and use your own car (we cover KM reimbursement).
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card), Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and driver’s license.
