Mental Health Transition

As you may be aware, funding for mental health services is changing.

The new approach to funding will allow consumers to access the most appropriate care based on their individual situation via a more streamlined process.

While the services that consumers have traditionally had access to will remain, the changes to funding will mean the way these services are accessed and what these services are called may be different.

As a PHN, we are committed to ensuring our community has access to the right care, at the right time, and in the right place.
