SearchAged Care Industry Information Technology Council Digital Maturity Survey

The Aged Care Industry Information Technology Council (ACIITC) is collaborating with the Australian Digital Health Agency to deliver aged and community care digital maturity suite of projects.
ACIITC was formed in 2007 with the express intent of providing the industry with a vehicle to consider and debate innovation and technology-related opportunities and to disseminate the lessons learned from that process to the wider aged and community care industry.
The project will engage with the aged and community care sector to co-design a digital maturity assessment framework aimed at supporting aged care providers to assess their level of digital maturity and develop a tool to support improvement in the organisation’s digital maturity. In addition to these deliverables, a digital maturity national survey will be undertaken to capture the current state of the sector in a post-COVID-19 environment.
Aged and community care service providers are encouraged to complete the digital maturity survey to set a benchmark of organisational digital maturity in the sector. The results of the survey will drive the direction of the development of a digital maturity assessment framework and tool for action improvement. The results will also be published to those who complete the survey in a PowerPoint format to allow organisations to use the data to improve digital strategies ahead of the final report being released to the sector later this year.
