Round two applications for The Allied Health Rural Generalist Education and Training Scheme are now open.
TAHRGETS is expanding the allied health rural generalist pathway into rural and remote private and non-government sector organisations across Australia. The program facilitates workforce development for rural allied health professionals by providing funding for employee education and workplace training grants for employers. Applications are open to those who are passionate about rural workforce development and work for an allied health service provider in a MMM 3-7 area.
Ninety positions are available, with 30 places dedicated to ACCHOs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned businesses and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Allied Health Professionals. All Round two applications close on Thursday, 30 June 2022.
