- Darling Downs Health has no new cases to report today Monday, 3 August 2020. The one active case in the Darling Downs region is a returned international traveler who is in quarantine.
- There are two (2) active cases in the West Moreton region.

Public Health Alert no.16Queensland Health has released Public Health Alert no.16 detailing COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures at Queensland Residential Aged Care Facilities.
In accordance with the requirements for restrictred residential aged care facilities as stated in Aged Care Direction (No.8), any person entering a restricted residential aged care facility must wear a single use surgical mask whilest on the premises.

Professional Services Review (PSR) to consider impact of COVID-19 on 80/30 ruleThe Director of the Professional Services Review Professional Julie Quinlivan today stated that the impact of COVID will be considered for any practitioner referred by the Department of Health for breaching the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 rule refers to a practitioner rendering 80 or more attendance items on 20 or more days in any 12 month period and the Department of Health is required under the Health Insurance Act 1973 to refer these pratitioners to the Director of the Professional Services Review.

GP-led Respiratory Clinics
GP-led respiratory clinics are available to clinically assess people with mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms, which are:
The respiratory clinics are staffed by GPs and will provide full assessment and management plans for patients presenting with respiratory symptoms. For this reason, it is important that only people with mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms are referred to the respiratory clinics. This ensures that people experiencing respiratory symptoms have access to appropriate management and testing and preserves the capacity of the respiratory clinics. The clinics are:

WEST MORETON FEVER CLINICS
A temporary drive-through clinic at Orion Springfield shopping centre (behind Target, off Sirius Drive) is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm every day until Friday 7 August, The drive-through model is not suitable for children under the age of 5, and their parents will be referred to a permanent testing clinic.
Hours of operation at Ipswich and Gatton hospital fever clinics have also been extended. The Ipswich Hospital clinic will be open for testing from 8:30am to 7:30pm until at least Friday, 7 August. The Gatton Hospital fever clinic is open 8:00am to 8:00pm seven (7) days a week until further notice. Please refer to the West Moreton Health website for further updates on hours of operation.
DARLING DOWNS FEVER CLINIC
The Darling Downs Health Fever Clinic at Baillie Henderson Hospital in Toowoomba has extended its operating hours to 9:00am - 4:00pm seven (7) days a week. For information about the clinic, visit www.ddwmphn.com.au/covid-19
