Digital consultation with aged care providers

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN has recently received funding to support the provision of a range of initiatives in aged care in the Darling Downs and West Moreton region.

The PHN has invited residential aged care facilities to participate in a digital health consultation which will help us understand the uptake of digital health technology and capability goals, and what resources are required.

There is a particular focus on facilitation of virtual consultation services for residents. Based on this consultation, grant funding opportunities may be available through the PHN to assist facilities in acquiring required resources/support.
