SearchMy Health for Life Telephone Health Coaches

MH4L group programs are winding down for the year and will recommence from February 2020, however referrals can still be made to telephone health coaches who are available for early morning and evening appointments. Participants will receive 6 sessions over 6 months, with each session being a one hour individual session. All telephone health coaches are health professionals trained to deliver MH4L and are available at a time and location that works for the participant.
