Our Annual Report 2022-23 is now live

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN is proud to present our 2022-23 Annual Report.

Discover the people, relationships, and organisations we work with and the positive changes they're making in health care in our region.

“It’s been another significant year for Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN. In the 2022-23 financial year we continued to strengthen our position as the whole of health system champion for our region,” said Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN CEO, Lucille Chalmers.

We continued to support primary health care professionals, like GPs, general practice staff and allied health professionals, to improve the care they provide to their patients, and the development of a local sustainable health care workforce.

The 2022-23 Annual Report breaks down our strategic focus and how we plan for the work we do into four components: healthy organisation, healthy communities, healthy primary care, and healthy partnerships.

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN Board Chair, Dr Tony Bayliss, also reflected on the year that was:

“This has been another significant year of growth as we have continued to support primary health care professionals to improve the health outcomes of our community. I am pleased to report that we commissioned a total of $40 million in primary health care services this financial year.”
