Opportunities for participation include input through forums, surveys, feedback on discussion papers, website testing, reviewing documents/resources.

A voluntary expression of interest survey

A voluntary expression of interest survey has been developed to enable interested stakeholders to identify project areas that they may wish to contribute to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/P5FH3KG

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Completion of the survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes.

Survey participants should note that the information collected from the survey or other consultation activities will be used by PCA to inform the relevant projects within the three-year work plan of the Paediatric Palliative Care National Action Plan project.

If you have questions about the survey, the consultation process, or the project please contact the project team at paediatrics@palliativecare.org.au.
