Reshaping rural and remote general practice

The survey is part of a project from a consortium comprising Rural Medical Education Australia (formerly QRME), Griffith University and University of Queensland that is mapping and investigating changes in rural general practice brought about by Covid-19. It seeks to identify the changes that occurred in general practice and those changes which will likely be sustained.
Responses to this survey will be anonymous and treated confidentially. No one will know respondents’ identity or the general practice in which they work, and this information is not traceable to any individual or general practice. Moreover, the data in a survey like this is presented in an aggregated way so that individual responses will not be identifiable. So, please respond to the survey as fulsomely as possible.
