Scholarships available to women in health sector

Women & Leadership Australia is offering a limited number of partial scholarships to women in the health sector to support participation in leadership development programs.

Throughout the pandemic, women have dominated our frontlines while also managing a larger share of household and caring responsibilities. Recent research shows many women are feeling disconnected and burnt out at work and may be considering a career change.

Women & Leadership Australia is offering partial scholarships of $1000 to $5000 per person for women working in the health sector to access world-class leadership development programs. The programs are designed for junior through to executive leaders and scholarships are available across four key levels:

• women outside of formal leadership positions can apply for a partial $1,000 scholarship for the Impact Program
• early career managers can apply for a partial scholarship of $1,000 towards the Leading Edge Program
• mid-level managers can apply for a partial scholarship of $3,000 towards the Executive Ready Program
• senior and executive leaders can apply for a partial scholarship of $5,000 towards the Advanced Leadership

Applications close 10 June unless allocated prior.
