Are you displaying patient alert posters?

If you haven't already, general practices are strongly advised to display patient alert posters on the doors/entrances to your practice to minimise the potential spread of COVID-19.

The RACGP has developed a number of online resources for GPs, which includes patient alert posters which you can use.

Communicating with your patients

The RACGP has useful information about communicating with patients, particularly during events such as COVID-19. Advice is offered about providing calm, clear, consistent and up-to-date information to ensure patients understand the processes that need to be followed.
