Changes to Medicare Online and ECLIPSE, PBS Online and aged care web services

From 13 March 2022, users of Medicare Online (including AIR and DVA), ECLIPSE, PBS Online and aged care will need to upgrade their software to web services compatible products.
Services Australia is also strengthening their authentication process by replacing Medicare PKI site certificates with Provider Digital Access (PRODA) for organisations. These changes will make the future of these digital channels easier to maintain and more secure. Hosted by Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN and Services Australia, this webinar provides an overview of the changes and the steps healthcare providers need to take to maintain business continuity.

Services Australia has recently updated their Web Services eKit. This contains factsheets with important information about what you need to do to prepare for web services and PRODA.
