Darling Downs health innovation & research collaborative
The Darling Downs region has an active health research profile, including clinician led, health service based projects and university research.
To help foster translational health research collaboration across the Darling Downs, the Darling Downs Health Innovation and Research Collaborative (DDHIRC) was formed as a collaboration between the region’s two private hospitals (St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba), the public health service provider (Darling Downs Health), the Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network (DDWMPHN), the region’s University Department of Rural Health (Southern Queensland Rural Health) and the three universities operating in the regions (University of Southern Queensland, Griffith University and The University of Queensland).
To promote and enhance research collaboration within the region, DDHIRC will host its second annual showcase of member organisations current research activity within Daring Downs.
If you are interested in further information regarding the DDHIRC Showcase 2019 please contact the DDHIRC Coordinator, Tabitha Herde on 07 4699 8452 or email@example.com
