SearchResidential Aged Care Facilities and how Digital Health tools are supporting safety,quality and improved patient care.
This webinar will feature a panel discussion led by representatives from the Department of Health and Aged Care and the Australian Digital Health Agency. The discussion will explore the investment being made in digital health solutions in RACFs, including:
- the introduction of an electronic medication chart and new systems to manage medications
- the roll out of telehealth to increase the uptake and use of remote consultations
- support for using My Health Record to assist the patient as they transfer between various care settings.
The webinar will unpack these changes and look at how they might impact the ability of doctors to support their patients in RACFs.
