SearchStudent Supervision Sessions: Facilitating clinical reasoning
These sessions have been developed to support clinicians who are new to student supervision, want to improve their supervisory skills, or for whom it has been an extended period of time since providing supervision to students.
There are seven sessions that have been developed and are appropriate for clinicians from all professions including nursing, midwifery, allied health and medicine:
- Facilitating clinical reasoning: 4th March, 2021
- Understanding learning and teaching styles: 18th March, 2021
- Managing underperforming students: 1st April, 2021
- Providing effective feedback to students: 15th April, 2021
- Difficult conversations: 29th April, 2021
- How to develop student led projects: 13th May, 2021
- Introduction to interprofessional education: 27th May, 2021
