The Toowoomba DIY Memory Walk and Jog is important to our community to raise funds and awareness of dementia and to let the community know together we can support each other.

This DIY Memory Walk and Jog is supported by Home Instead Senior Care, who are committed to supporting Dementia Australia and fostering a dementia friendly community. 

Dementia Australia represent the 436,366 Australians living with dementia and the almost 1.5 million Australians involved in their care. The organisation advocates for the needs of people living with all types of dementia, and for their families and carers, and provide support services, education and information.

So let's try and make a difference by getting together, getting active and raising funds to support Dementia Australia! Register and bring yourself, family, friends and pets to the Glennie School, 246 A Herries Street, Newtown.
