Finding medicines information in My Health Record

Are you finding it difficult to reconcile what medicines your patient is currently taking? This session will explain which views and documents available in My Health Record can be accessed to obtain more information about the patient’s regular medicines or medical history. You will learn how best to interpret the information available and navigate My Health Record to help you find medicines information quickly and easily when you need it.
