From March to May 2026, we invited community members and health professionals to TALK ABOUT one of life’s most important conversations: Death and Dying. Participants shared their experiences and insights into what is working well and where we can improve health services to better support people receiving end-of-life care, as well as their families and carers.
This is what we heard...
TALK ABOUT - Marking 5 Years of Impact in 2026
For half a decade, TALK ABOUT has invited people across our region to share their experiences of accessing and delivering healthcare on a wide range of topics. TALK ABOUT has received more than 2,500 respondents over 23 health topics, from Chronic Conditions and Mental Health, to Ageing Well and Digital Health Awareness. Each topic has provided the PHN and our health system partners with the stories and numbers that guide how we can make healthcare better for everyone.

Previous TALK ABOUT topics
The TALK ABOUT campaign has been asking community members and health professionals about their experiences with health care since January 2020. In that time, the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN have collected valuable feedback about various topics.
We continue to connect with people in our region to TALK ABOUT topics that matter most to them and their health, previous topics and WHAT WE HEARD documents are available below.
