Project ECHO

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN in collaboration with West Moreton Health and Darling Downs Health are pleased to provide Project ECHO® in the Darling Downs and West Moreton region.

Register below.

What is Project ECHO?

Unlike a regular webinar, Project ECHO offers an interactive community of practice where all participants share knowledge and experience through de-identified case discussion, so people in underserved communities can receive high-quality care and services. Sessions are complemented by a short didactic presentation and interaction with a panel of subject experts.

Project ECHO is based on an ‘All Teach and All Learn” model where all participants and panel members learn from each other to improve the delivery of care to older persons.

What to expect

Attendance at regular sessions is encouraged.

All you need is an internet connection, a webcam and preparedness to contribute ideas and your own de-identified cases to the discussion. If you wish to submit a case presentation, please contact us for further information.

ECHO works best when participants are visible (turn your cameras on if possible), present and engaged (via comments or through the chat function).
