Taking a broader, strategic approach involves much more than procurement. It’s about how, as commissioners, we reshape the health system to improve population health through focusing on four core aims of healthcare, which include:

- Improving provider satisfaction.
- Ensuring sustainable cost.
- Improving quality and population outcomes.

Our Localised Commissioning Cycle has been developed following best practice commissioning principals to guide how we commission effective services for our region.

Current tenders
Invitations to tender, expressions of interest and requests for quotations are made available on our e-Tender portal, Tenderlink.
All interested suppliers who wish to view further details or submit a tender application must be registered on the Tenderlink portal.
Supplier registration is free, however, you will need a valid email address. If your email is not registered on the portal, you will be asked to register your full organisation details (including a valid ABN), and agree to the Tenderlink Terms of Service.
Once registered, you can request to receive email alerts about future opportunities.
