About the Toowoomba Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic

The Toowoomba Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic (EPPC) aims to improve access to specialised care for people experiencing:

  • endometriosis
  • pelvic pain
  • perimenopause
  • menopause.

This service is delivered on-site at Drayton Medical Centre by a highly trained team with expertise in women’s health who can offer:

  • Personalised treatment plans designed to help you manage symptoms effectively.
  • Evidence-based therapies, including pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, referral to allied health and specialist care where appropriate.
  • Multidisciplinary care in partnership with any existing provider to ensure you receive holistic support from your entire care team.
  • Education and empowerment to better understand who to best manage your condition/s.
  • Holistic support to help you navigate the challenges of living with endometriosis, pelvic pain, or perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Eligibility

The clinic is open to any person in the Toowoomba region experiencing endometriosis, pelvic pain (including painful periods or pain during intercourse), perimenopause and/or menopause. This service offers a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ patients.

Please note: the Toowoomba EPPC does not provide antenatal care.

Fees

Accessing the Toowoomba EPPC is free. If further investigation or treatment is required outside the scope of the clinic, these may incur out-of-pocket costs.

Care team

The clinic is led by experienced and friendly general practitioners from Drayton Medical Centre with an interest in women's health. The clinic will support patients to stay connected with their existing GP to ensure a coordinated care experience.

The clinic is located within Drayton Medical Centra at 56-58 Brisbane St, Drayton QLD 4350.

  • GP referral – ask your usual doctor to refer you.
