Targeting Comorbidity in AOD Treatment with EMDR Therapy: An Introduction and Overview

About the presenter:
Logan Harvey is a clinical psychologist with a background in providing treatment for comorbid substance use and mental health conditions. He works extensively in the area of trauma related issues. Logan is currently a PhD candidate at the Matilda Centre, where his research focuses on the relationship between Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) and substance use.
Logan is additionally an Accredited Practitioner and Accredited Consultant with the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Association of Australia, along with being a member of the EMDRAA Accreditation & Standards Committee. Logan uses EMDR therapy extensively in his clinical practice, provides supervision for clinicians training in EMDR therapy, and facilitates practicum exercises for EMDR training programs.
