2023 National Advance Care Planning Week Virtual Forum

The 2023 National Advance Care Planning Week (ACP) Virtual Forum supports upskilling of health care professionals by sharing ACP updates and initiatives from across Queensland. Take this opportunity to hear first-hand from quality speakers who are experts in their field to assist you in improving your advance care planning knowledge and practice.

The 2023 Forum will be held from Monday, 20 March to Thursday, 23 March. The Forum will begin with a keynote address and continue with virtual lunchbox sessions throughout the week. All sessions will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.

We encourage you to use the Virtual Forum as a team education opportunity and conversation starter. Gather your colleagues for an informal lunch, listen to the presentations and discuss how you can apply your learnings to your workplace.
