Breakaway Toowoomba Community of Practice
We would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday, 27th August 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Burke and Wills Hotel Toowoomba for an engaging session designed to encourage collaboration and learning across providers within the local disability sector.
For this session, we are pleased to welcome Lives Lived Well, who will guide us through a discussion on how we as service providers can better support clients living with addiction.
This presentation will explore practical approaches to understanding and addressing addiction within the context of disability support services, with a focus on building our capacity to respond compassionately and effectively. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share insights, making this a valuable learning and networking experience.
Tickets are free but limited to 3 per organisation, and seating is very limited. Please ensure you book the correct number of tickets. If you register but are no longer able to attend, kindly email communications@breakawaytmba.org so your ticket can be re-issued. A light lunch will be provided.
We look forward to welcoming you to a meaningful lunchtime session of discussion, learning, and collaboration. This is a valuable opportunity for providers across the sector to deepen our understanding, share ideas, and collectively strengthen support for the disability community.
