About the Opportunity
myLife Medical Brookwater is offering a well-situated consulting room for an experienced Psychologist to operate independently while working collaboratively with our general practice team. The available room can accommodate a few days or multiple sessions each week, providing flexibility to suit your existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychological assessment, treatment, and counselling to patients referred by our GPs and through your existing caseload

Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care

Build positive interprofessional relationships with GPs, nurses, and allied health staff

Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and adhere to professional standards and AHPRA regulations

Participate in case discussions and contribute to shared care planning where appropriate

Support continuity of care for existing clients while expanding service availability to meet patient demand

About You

Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA registered)

Professional indemnity insurance and ABN required

Experience in general practice or community mental health preferred

Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in team-based care

Ability to manage an existing caseload while supporting new patient demand
