Registered Nurse – 7Springs Medical Practice - Toowoomba
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our fantastic team of Nurses, GPs and administrators. This permanent role for 2 – 3 days a week is available with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide patient-centred care across a wide range of clinical services
Assist in chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and health assessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Best Practice
Contribute to a supportive and positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Prior experience in general practice or primary health care (essential)
Prior Experience in Chronic Disease Management in a GP Setting
