Medicare Mental Health phone line service

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN is currently mailing free Medicare Mental Health phone service collateral, including posters and wallet cards, to all general practices across our region.

By displaying a poster in your organisation’s foyer or waiting room, and keeping wallet cards on hand to distribute, you will be supporting your customers, students, or patients who may be experiencing mental health challenges to learn about this vital, free service.

Anyone in Australia can call Medicare Mental Health on 1800 595 212 for free mental health, social, and emotional wellbeing support tailored to their needs and goals. Whether someone is seeking help, looking for advice, or supporting a person they care about, Medicare Mental Health is there to assist. The Medicare Mental Health phone line can be accessed by calling 1800 595 212 (between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays, except public holidays).

We anticipate that all mail-outs will be delivered before Christmas. If your organisation is closed during this period, your items will arrive in the new year. Digital assets including email banners, social media tiles, and website banners, are also available for download HERE.
