Difficult Conversations

This interactive four-hour online session on Thursday, 20th November 2025 is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the confidence, tools, and techniques to handle challenging discussions effectively and constructively.

Participants will learn how to:
• Prepare themselves mentally and emotionally to have “the” conversation
• Build confidence and skill in addressing sensitive topics
• Apply a proven framework to deliver feedback that drives performance
• Strengthen accountability and engagement within their teams

By the end of the session, attendees will walk away with practical strategies and renewed confidence to turn difficult conversations into opportunities for growth, trust and connection.
