The role includes a mix of treatment room duties and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with treatment room procedures (wound care, immunisations, ECGs, ear syringing, dressings, etc.)
• Supporting chronic disease management, including health assessments and care plans
• Managing recalls, reminders, and patient follow-up
• Maintaining cold chain processes and infection control standards
• Collaborating with doctors and reception staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Providing patient education and support in a warm, professional manner
Requirements:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in General Practice is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
