Coming soon: YES Survey - Autumn 2025

In April 2025, the PHN is launching a new round of the Your Experience of Service (YES) survey for clients who receive PHN-funded mental health services.

How does the survey work?

YES Surveys are conducted every six months, with this round open from April 2025.

The survey will revisit themes covered in previous YES surveys to improve our joint understanding of how to deliver great outcomes within mental health services. The online survey is voluntary and anonymous and will be sent directly via SMS to eligible clients.

Where does the data go?

The PHN will share the survey findings with service providers to enhance understanding of client experiences and identify actions for continuous quality improvement. From next year, specific results from individual service providers will be captured and shared with the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Increasing client engagement throughout 2025 will help ensure next year’s results are a comprehensive and accurate insight into your service delivery. You can view previous survey results here:

How can I support my clients?

The PHN has developed a range of resources to help your clients engage in this survey. You can download the flyer for health professionals and postcard for clients which explains the SMS survey link they may receive.

These resources will soon be mailed directly to your organisation with quantities tailored to the number of clients in mental health services that your organisation is commissioned to provide. Please distribute the postcards to clients during their visits to your clinic and ensure the flyers are available to staff, for example on staff noticeboards or break rooms.
