Refugee Health Outreach Program

Refugee Health Outreach Program supports people from a refugee background who have settled in the Toowoomba Regional LGA through the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP). Programs supports Refugees to access primary care services, build health literacy and health system navigation and uplifts primary care professionals to support people from a refugee background.
