Wattle House Toowoomba – Connected Mental Health Support is a mental health service that brings a range of stepped care services under one roof: low-intensity support, psychological therapies, clinical care coordination, psychosocial support, and Distress Brief Support.
Wattle House is commissioned by Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN and services are delivered by a trusted consortium of providers: Wellways (lead provider), EACH, Goondir, Lumsden Psychology and QPASTT.
Multiple referral pathways to free support - Walk-ins are welcome, or you can refer patients in refeRHEALTH, Darling Downs HealthPathways or through the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service. You can reach the service directly via email at wattlehouse@mentalhealthwellbeing.org.
