SearchAPNA Transition to Practice Program Information Session
If you are a recent graduate or new to working outside a hospital and looking for extra support as you settle into your role, APNA's free Transition to Practice Program is now open for applications for our June 2025 intake.
Our eight-month program offers exclusive educational tools and resources, an experienced nurse mentor, and peer support from nurses just like you through small group learning activities.
We're also looking for experienced primary health care nurses interested in becoming paid mentors on the program.
