ASHM & BSPHN | Transforming Care: Launch of Health Pathways in Adult Trans Health and Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy
This GP-focused session will cover both the initiation and ongoing management of GAHT, equipping clinicians with the knowledge and confidence to support their patients effectively. The session will include case-based discussions to explore real-world scenarios, clinical considerations, and best practices in gender affirming care.

Initiating GAHT: assessment, prescribing, and patient-centred care
Ongoing monitoring and long-term management of patients on GAHT
Case-based discussions to enhance clinical decision-making
Best practice guidelines and resources for GPs
This interactive session will provide GPs with the opportunity to engage with experienced clinicians and community experts, ask questions, and build their knowledge in gender affirming healthcare.
