SearchCPCRE Master Class, Drs, NPs & Pharm: Simple analgesics in palliative care
The session will be presented by Dr Alison Kearney, A/Director Clinical Palliative Care Service, Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital.
The session aims to:
- Discuss use of non-opioid medications in palliative care
- Explore use of steroids in palliative care pain management
- Discuss use and risks of NSAIDs and paracetamol in palliative care pain management
NOTE: Medical Officers, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner Candidates and Pharmacists working in government and non-government settings in all sectors are invited to register to attend.
Medical and Pharmacy students are also welcome to register.
