Practice Managers and Practice Nurses Meeting

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN would like to invite you to its quarterly Practice Manager and Practice Nurse Meeting.

Hear from Julie Cave, Multicultural Coordinator at Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, on refugee and multicultural healthcare services across West Moreton, including available supports and referral pathways. Elizabeth Laverty, Refugee Health Officer at Multicultural Australia, will provide an overview of services supporting refugee and multicultural communities, with a focus on refugee health. Nick Downing, Business Development Manager at Healthily, will showcase the Healthily Go Share Project and its role in improving access to trusted health and wellbeing information. The session will conclude with PHN updates and final remarks.
