Suicide Prevention Workshop

This workshop is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support someone who may be experiencing distress or suicidal thoughts.

Early effective support can make a real difference and save lives. These conversations offer support and a safe space for open discussions while encouraging help seeking.

• How to ask about suicide
• Active listening strategies
• Safety planning and self‑care
• Risk and protective factors
• How to connect someone with support services
• Understand the relationship between mental health, resilience and suicide prevention
