The interdisciplinary panel of experts will discuss how frailty, loneliness, sadness, depression and suicide are connected, as well as present strategies to support practitioners to mitigate the link between physical and mental frailty.
It will also cover the role of different disciplines, community services and Residential Aged Care Facilities in supporting older people's physical and mental health, including how a better understanding can improve the targeting of referrals for older people who may be experiencing frailty, loneliness, sadness, depression or suicidal ideation.
