Closed referral process. The Is It True Sexual Health program is to be delivered to school students at two (2) secondary school locations within the Toowoomba LGA by a registered nurse and trained sexual heath educator. Priority is to be given to those from hard-to-reach cohorts including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, Refugees and disadvantaged youth.
