The PHNs and Philanthropy as Partners Forum was hosted in October 2024.
The forum brought together PHNs and various philanthropic representatives to explore opportunities that will instigate real change and progress at a health systems and place-based level, with the shared goal of achieving better health outcomes for our communities.
