YES Survey Summary (November 2024)
We are one of the first PHNs to use the 'Your Experience of Service' (YES) survey to better understand consumer experiences when using our commissioned mental health services. The survey is anonymous and participation is voluntary.
New Medicare Urgent Care Clinic opens in Goodna
Following a thorough tender and assessment process, our PHN has announced the selection of the service provider to deliver the new Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in the Redbank region. The provider will be Goodna Family Medical Centre and the Goodna Medicare UCC opens today, 2 December 2024.

Unity in diversity: PHN attends Toowoomba Community and Faith Leaders Forum
In October, the Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN was invited to present at the Toowoomba Community and Faith Leaders Forum.
Telehealth training for RACHs to enable greater access to care
The PHN partnered with fifteen other PHNs across Australia to develop a comprehensive telehealth training package for staff in RACHs and the primary care providers who service them, including nurses, GPs, specialists and allied health professionals.
